                    Pursuant to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Cap. 32), Sections 228–235, GCDTA has entered voluntary liquidation on 31 August, 2022. The liquidation process is multijurisdictional across all GC's subsidiaries.  

Mei Lai Wong and Be Hua Nguen have been appointed Joint Liquidators. 

 

Important Notice to Creditors and Investors

 

From 1 January 2024, all claims related to GC’s liquidation must be submitted exclusively through appointed and accredited mediators, as endorsed by the Liquidators pursuant to their authority under sections 285 and 271(1)(o) of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Cap. 32), which govern the collection and distribution of unclaimed funds and vest control of assets and claim processes in the Liquidators.
